Knowing that she’s hit on one of those major hot button topics that everyone wants can’t get enough of, Cameron Diaz has just dropped more knowledge on us regarding her take on women’s public hair
You may recall (and if you read it you will) that a couple of weeks ago we shared an excerpt from the section entitled “In Praise of Pubes” from Cameron’s new book called The Body Book (we still can’t believe she has a book) in which she said, among other things, “Pubic hair serves as a pretty draping that makes it a little mysterious to the one who might by courting your sexiness. Pubes keep the goods private, which can entice a lover to come and take a closer look at what you have to offer. Also, let’s be honest: just like every other part of your body, your labia major is not immune to gravity. Do you really want a hairless vagina for the rest of your life?”
Now she would like to clarify those statements.

Reports Metro —
“I didn’t say what I prefer, I just said pubic hair has a purpose,” she begins. “You can do what you want with it, I don’t care – you can shave it off every day, wax it off every day, turn it into a bonsai – I don’t care.”
“I just said consider maybe not removing it permanently and forever with laser treatment. Forever is forever and when we make those choices for our body we have to live with them forever.”
So there you go. Turn that thatch into a bonsai, girls. Next week we’ll be covering the part of the book where Cameron discusses eating beetroot and then taking a good hard look at the shit in the toilet to better monitor how long it takes to digest food based on the color of said shit. (That’s not a joke, by the way. That is also in the book. I HAVE to get a copy of this thing.)
